Questions and answers
Which ERPs do you integrate with?
Any that exposes an API, a database or file export. We have experience with Comarch ERP, and we integrate other systems through their API - most ERPs on the market provide one.
What happens when the integration fails at night?
The record goes to a queue, the system retries, and after the limit is exceeded it sends a notification with the error description. Nothing is lost, everything is in the log.
Will the integration slow down our ERP?
Not if it is designed well. Reads run in batches outside peak hours, writes are queued, and we measure the load before go-live.
