Questions and answers
Will a digital form replace a legally required paper document?
In most cases yes. A document with an electronic signature, version and date meets the requirements. Exceptions are agreed with your quality or legal department.
What about workers who do not want a tablet?
We design the form so that filling it in is faster than on paper: large fields, pick lists, default values. We roll out with a pilot crew that then trains the rest.
Does the system work without internet on the shop floor?
Yes, the app works locally and syncs data when the connection returns.
