Software for facility management
2Simple builds applications for property managers, facility management companies and developers: issue reporting from a phone, crew scheduling and time tracking, handover protocols signed on a tablet, and tenant communication. Among other things we are building a workforce management system for a crew cleaning production halls, with kiosks and NFC card log-in, and for Lockerworks we built the frontend of the parcel machine software and tested the system that manages their network.
Where the paper sits in this industry
- Issues are reported by phone and email, then get lost between the property manager, the technician and the subcontractor.

Questions and answers
Does a tenant have to install an app to report an issue?
No. A report can be taken in the phone's browser, e.g. after scanning a QR code in the building. We build a mobile app for crews when offline mode or device features are needed.
Can the system handle subcontractors?
Yes. Subcontractors see only their own jobs, and every status change has an author and a date.
How do we track crew working time?
Through NFC card log-in on a kiosk or in the mobile app. Working time goes into reports and can be exported to the HR system or the ERP.
