It depends on the specific case. In such a situation, we propose to organize a joint workshop, during which we will review the code of the existing application and the client's requirements. This is a list of functionalities that the application must have in order to be used. This allows us to speed up the waiting time for the basic version of the created program. This allows the client to use the application while the project and further development work is still in progress. In small and medium-sized projects, the MVP is available after just a few weeks.

How is billing done for the project?

In most projects, we use Time and Materials billing. This means that we settle with the client on the basis of real hours worked. In the case of small projects, it is possible to settle Fixed Price, that is, to determine the price of the application before the start of programming work. In the case of body leasing (outsourcing), we settle on the basis of the hourly rate of employees multiplied by the number of hours worked.

Who will own the copyright of the dedicated software?

The copyrights to the web, mobile and dedicated applications we develop are transferred to the client.
