What assurance do I have that the ordered application will work and meet my business goals?
Before starting the project, we review the business case for the project with the client. This allows us to deliver a product that actually solves the client's problems. In addition, at the beginning of the project we establish an MVP with the client. This is a set of minimum functionalities that enable the application. This gives the client the opportunity to test their product under real conditions while the development work is still in progress. This gives a chance to adapt the emerging product to real needs.
I already have dedicated software, but I want to expand it with more functionality. Will you undertake such a task?
It depends on the specific case. In such a situation, we propose to organize a joint workshop, during which we will review the code of the existing application and the client's requirements. On this basis, we will determine whether the changes in question are feasible and business viable. If yes, then we can undertake such cooperation. If not, we will propose other solutions, more beneficial to the client.
Will I have insight into what is happening in the project?
Yes, from initiating discussions, through the creation of the application, to implementation and maintenance. At our software house, we provide a dedicated contact person who you can contact at any time. What's more, we work on an iteration basis. That is, we divide the whole process of application development into smaller stages. They usually last 1-2 weeks. After each such iteration, we will present you with the scope of work that has been done. At 2Simple we also take care of proper maintenance of project documentation.
Will I receive the project documentation?
Yes. At each stage of application development we create project documentation. Thanks to it, our clients are able to better understand the operation of the created program. What's more, well-maintained documentation facilitates the introduction of new people to the project team.
After how long will I be able to use the ordered application?
It strongly depends on the size of the project and the scope of work. Before we start programming, we establish an MVP with the client. This is a list of functionalities that the application must have in order to be used. This allows us to speed up the waiting time for the basic version of the created program. This allows the client to use the application while the project and further development work is still in progress. In small and medium-sized projects, the MVP is available after just a few weeks.
How much does a mobile app / web app / dedicated software cost?
The cost of the application (as well as the duration of the project) depends on the scope of work. Simple mobile applications can be developed for as little as tens of thousands of zlotys. More complex applications cost several hundred or even several million zlotys. If you want to know the estimated cost of your project - contact us. After examining your needs, we will be able to prepare a framework valuation of the application.
How is billing done for the project?
In most projects, we use Time and Materials billing. This means that we settle with the client on the basis of real hours worked. In the case of small projects, it is possible to settle Fixed Price, that is, to determine the price of the application before the start of programming work. In the case of body leasing (outsourcing), we settle on the basis of the hourly rate of employees multiplied by the number of hours worked.
Who will own the copyright of the dedicated software?
The copyrights to the web, mobile and dedicated applications we develop are transferred to the client.
